Photo exposition: "AfricaMi" – Faces of the city in Milan Italy

"Look at the faces and stories from the city to the Expo: AfricaMi", is a photo exhibit which will be organised by the Italian Institute of Photography, in collaboration with the Association Assaman (2 - 7 October 2012 ).

 The exhibition, curated by Simona Cella, Massimo Bassano and Laura Crespi, offers the public a photographic report of the many cultures in the city of Milan. The event is held during the Communication Week in Milan. An event with themes as open journalism, blogs, crowd creativity, photo and video making, social web TV and all the new forms of communication.

  1. This seems like such a powerful exhibition! Have there been more expositions such as this one in Italy? I am curious about the aspect of using modern media within an art gallery and how that blends well together. Would it possible to create such a collection online for people to access all across the world?
